VEGAS TRAVEL INFORMATION

PDR Expo takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Las Vegas is in the Pacific Time Zone (PDT, UTC -7)

The average weather in Las Vegas in September:
o    Average Highs 33 degrees celsius
o    Average Lows 20 degrees celsius
 

Upon Arrival in Las Vegas, NV, USA

Airport

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). There are two terminals at LAS airport (T1 & T3). While most international travel will come into T3, depending upon your airline that will determine where you arrive. 

Transportation

There are cabs and uber/lyfts at both T1 & T3 that can bring you to your hotel. 

Currency Exchange 

T1: Located in the baggage claim and T3 Located on Level 0 (outside customs) and on Level 2 (near international check-in) 

Rental Car

Here is a link to the rental car facility near Harry Reid International Airport. There is a free shuttle to the rental car facility at the airport from both T1 & T3.

Rio Las Vegas

3700 W Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103

•    PDR Expo is taking place at Rio Las Vegas so you can book at room at the property where the event is taking place
•    The Rio is approximately a 20-minute cab/rideshare drive from LAS Airport. 
•    Rio Las Vegas is own by Hyatt. 
•    Parking is Free at the event if you rent a car.

Rio Las Vegas is a 5 min drive off the Las Vegas Strip. If you choose to stay at a different property, you will have to drive/ride into the even each morning.

Exhibitors

  • Please plan your flights around the schedule below. It is recommended to fly on Wednesday, September 23rd and fly home on Sunday, September 27th. 

  • Exhibitor Setup

    • Thursday, September 24th between 12:00pm – 5:00pm

    • Friday, September 25th between 8:00am – 11:00pm 

  • Expo Hall Hours

    • Friday, September 25th from 11:00am – 5:00pm

    • Saturday, September 26th from 11:00am – 4:00pm

 


 

Attendees
