Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in PDR Expo involves some inherent risks. By attending or participating, you accept personal responsibility for your safety and well-being. You agree to release PDR Expo, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any claims or liabilities that may arise from your attendance or participation.

 

Badge Policy

Your PDR Expo badge is your access pass to the event and is considered a revocable license for entry. Please note: badges are non-transferable and cannot be resold or reproduced. All badges remain the property of PDR Expo. Show management reserves the right to revoke badges if necessary, including for violations of show policies or inappropriate conduct. We aim to create a safe and positive environment. Any serious or repeated policy violations may result in badge confiscation and removal from the event.

 

Photography, Video & Media Use

By attending PDR Expo, you agree that your image, voice, and likeness may be captured in event photography or video. These images and recordings may be used by PDR Expo in promotional materials, on our website, in social media, or other marketing platforms—without additional permissions or compensation. If you have concerns, please speak with a member of show management.

 

Communications

When you register for PDR Expo, you consent to receive event-related communications, updates, and promotional messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails. We only send relevant, event-focused information, and respect your preferences.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. PDR Expo will never sell, misuse, or share your personal information. Your data is securely stored and handled in accordance with best practices to ensure your trust and confidentiality.

 

Admission & Conduct

All attendees, exhibitors, and participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. PDR Expo management reserves the right to determine admission and enforce event rules as needed to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please be sure to follow all posted policies and guidelines relevant to your badge type.
